Pathetic Service, Lazy support, Held my USDT in escrow for over 15 days still no resolution. I am a seller of USDT few of the p2p buyers didn't pay for the orders and marked transaction as paid, transaction was disputed and USDT was held in escrow by wazirx, I provided everything they asked almost instantly but to my disappointment they haven't released my USDT yet even after contacting them many times. Ticket ID-1425085.

They Don't even expect 1 Star Rating. They don't solve any problem within a particular time limit. They always be like it will get solved within 2 days / 48hours but all the time it continues & as a P2P seller you gonna face huge loss. Because of thier very bad service, cause they don't even care about your money
And one thing therre are lots of fake buyers because of them we have to face loss. Cuase our Get stuck.

not sure if this review deserves even one star. i opened an account and i faced difficulty. i contacted customer care numerous times, only to receive responses with no concrete help or no responses at all. i ended up failing to have an operational account. now you can imagine how much insecure one's investment will be, given such impenetrable difficulty at the serive level...

Unable to withdraw Crypto and Cash! Missing opportunities. Pls Fix your issues ASAP. When opened twitter, I see thousands of Compliants daily. If it is so difficult for you to resolve customer queries, why do you run the show? Pls shut it down!

Not at all happy with Wazirx.
There app will be crashed whenever there is little spike in market.
And transfer to binance won't work in needful times(3rd June 2021) and the team won't even acknowledge that they are facing issue and working on it. Atleast keeping us posted will help us to be relax but they won't do that.

Please don't use wazirx app they have big fraud technique if u need to sell and widraw your money nothing will work
If you want to deposit the amount in to your wzir wallet your amount will be hold on it means balance will show in wallet but it will be hold and a small amount will will be free for trading

It's been 2 days since the money isn't being shown into my WazirX account after I transferred Rs.14000/- from my PNB savings account to WazirX account through the IMPS transaction and the money is still not updated.
When I made the first transaction of 100 rupees then it got updated the next day but now the payment is not updated as if now on the 2nd day, in waiting.
Why do they have manually controlled our transactions? If I am transferring the money into my account then why do the other party have the control of updating my transferred payment into my account?
It doesn't seem right. It seems kind of a scam. Could anyone please let me know? I am quite tensed now.
If I have lost my Rs.14000/-, would be a heartache. Please reply if anyone has gone through such a terrific experience of transferring money to the WazirX account.

I lost my 15k they received i got all the bank statements. There mention the amount was received from mrchent. But they are totally scam fraud. Didn't back my money. Didn't response i request them beg to them but they didn't response

incorrect charts, cannot deposit money when needed the most. very poor website.

My deposit from my bank has been debited but Wazirx says the bank verification still under process ! No customer support number to call. Pathetic experience!

PLEASE Use Wazirx application,it's genuine app,I got 5600/- in just 1 month,I thought it's cheating app, because now they have no leagal power,but this is backed by a company called Venus which is the biggest cryptocurrency agency in the world!!!

10days ago i had transaction through imps mode linked and verified account but still not credited to my wazirx account. I had already generated 5-6tickets they say your transaction is not successfully and NPCI says your transaction is credited to benificiary. After all still I don’t got money refund. So i hate this wazrix and suggest don’t download this app.
